Best university in Canada?

I've been accepted to McGill University on early admission, but I live in B.C and McGill is in Quebec. My boyfriend and I have been together for two and a half years, and I really want to stay with him. I'm scared that leaving him will be the end of us, but I also want to go to McGill. In addition to this, going to McGill for my undergrad, and then to law school will land me $120,000 in debt. Am I better staying here and going to UBC, or should I take a chance on McGill?
