How should I thank my great aunt for buying me a Czech menstrual cup?

It's pink and came in a polka dot pouch and it's called the "ladycup". She is visiting the US and staying with my mom. She saw me today for the first time on her visit and gave me a wrapped gift before I left. I just opened it and not sure what to say lol.
