Can you please name this polka dotted fish?

I saw a fish at the aquarium shop I visit today. It was tropical freshwater, and black with white polka dots. The manager told me after they grow up they lose their polka dots and get a line down their sides. It was about $20, and I haven't really seen any in any other pet shops.
