If expensive American medicine is so good, why did Michael Douglas have to go to Canada to find he had cancer?

He may have been treated in the US but the Canadian clinic found his cancer. He is a rich man and no health insurance will refuse him treatment.......what if he was a normal guy in the street....your insurance companies would move heaven and earth to try and refuse him his treatment. The normal guy in the street deserves what Douglas got. Your lousy insurance companies are the parasites of your health service. I would rather have a government department make that decision.......oh yes.....we have that department.....its called the NHS........we dont want your system.....ever.
