In the song "Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini" which is yellow the bikini or the polka dots?

I'd say the bikini. Because if it were the polka dots, it would be "yellow polka dotted" to say that it had been polka dotted with yellow....but this is a very philosophical question hahahaha love it.
