My chances of getting into McGill University?

I have a 3.87 gpa with over 100 hours of extra work, three clubs( I'm vice president of one of them), and an slightly higher than average ACT score. Can I get into the department of education (French to be more specific) with 4 years of french in high school? I'm from the us and from a silver medal school.
