Studying abroad in canada?

I'm egyptian, igcse student , cambridge examination board and i was thinking about going to canada for university.... I'm in year 11 now and i had my eye on 3 universities : waterloo / toronto / McGill .. I'm asking if you know which is the best and the price range and if thry give scholarships and what are the requirments for engineering ? Please to dont direct me to the websites because all i found was the minimum requirments which was TOEFL english exam or a B in O level english. Thanks in advance
