What are my chances at these universities?

No one can really say if you can make it or not. Even if your GPA is low, some colleges have a quota to fill on how many low ended GPA students they take in. Also, I'd look towards the average GPA to see if you can make it or not. Chances are, if you're lower by .2 of the average GPA, you are probably not going to make it. I have a friend in Syracuse and he was in a similar situation as yours so I would say you have a good shot at that university.
